You see, what you don't understand is that every thread I've visited related to Asensio had stuff like that, and it didn't matter in the end. Solv Ex had it, Avant! had it, Ergobilt had it, Zonagen had it, now KRY. You'd have to give me a reason why it's different this time before I'm going to waste my time.

Some thoughts tonight:

I guess I'm a little slow, but I think I'm finally beginning to appreciate why this stock is so popular with pro traders and has generated so much liquidity. The reason is simple: legal complexity.

The more I read the legal documents upon which this case is based, the more I realize that the average investor will never fully understand the legalities involved. This appears to be a very complicated case, and those in both camps who pretend that it is simple (e.g. Asensio and Fulvio), are oversimplifying things to promote their own interests. The volatility in the stock and the ease with which it is manipulated on a daily basis by rumour and innuendo only further serve to convince me that Joe Average is in the dark and blindly following the "gurus" on both sides. KRY is a dream come true for promoters of all stripes.

Combine the legal mumbo jumbo with the question of whether the gold can be extracted profitably (another area penny stock investors usually don't understand) and you have a wonderful situation to be exploited by unscrupulous professionals.

The preceding is just my opinion of course. There is every possibility that I may be completely wrong and end up looking like a fool. (I bet Fulvio can't wait to rub it in how wrong I was :-)))

Rob
I'm just lurching on this thread trying to sort fact from fiction.

re Barb: I'm not "in bed" with anyone.

I think that's what makes her so mean. She needs someone to snarl
at every day. It might help calm her down. Generally more mature
people do not need to respond to everything spoken against them
especially if they KNOW they're right and the other side is wrong.
So why the need to snarl at everyone if you are right. Leave it
alone! On the other hand if you do NOT believe in yourself or
are trying to CAUSE chaos to benefit from, then I can see where
she is coming from. My guess would be that other followers of
Asensio likely have the same personally. You know, it's a lot more
fun to demolish things than build things, mentality. Also, it's
easy and you can laugh at the "junk" that someone else built.
Manners are appreciated, especially if one is "right".

GOOD LUCK TO ALL
