Barb: You are still reasoning by ANOLOGY; ie. you assume that since you have done well in the past from As.'s calls, he must be right this time as well. Now assuming that you are an intelligent person, you would have certainly read the three rulings presented to you by others here who do their DD. You cannot deny that Mael has title to LC 4&6; the present PAC ruling will deal with the illegal granting to PDG of a work contract to mine Mael's property. These are the facts Barb! What is it that you do not understand? These facts have clearly shown that As. has distorted the truth; in fact, many of his so called DD conclusions were word for word from Minca/PDG submission before the 1991 court case that was ruled in Mael's favour.
Gary.

Six million shares were traded this week alone on BOTH exchanges!!
Question: How large of a KRY share float is there? And out of those 6 million shares traded how many were MARGINED shares?
From what I am hearing from many of longs, there was a lot of calls on margined accounts . I know many Canadian brokerage houses are not permitting clients to margin KRY shares!
Therefore, this would indicate that there are fewer shares to SHORT.
Question#2: Do you believe Asensio &Co. was covering when touting KRY as a STRONG sell and short sell?
Interested to hear your answers?
Regards! Rick.
