Maybe someone at 3Com will read your post and light a fire under somebody's ass so they get things updated on their Web Site. One thought I had, they have to redo their merger accounting as per an SEC request...this may have caused problems at the last minute in getting things...shall we say...hunky dory for SEC approval. Just a guess on my part, however they should at least mention a date or a delay on the quarterly earnings release. Along with some date in the future for the share holders meeting. I myself won't be able to attend the Oct. 97 meeting...my time machine is being rebuilt for use in the next century. Damned Y2K problem.
