Wade, I found and read the article. Basically it was about the new NASDAQ minimum requirements for listing and spoke of the possibility of approx 200 firms being delisted, including a number of local issues, of which HERC was one. It said they all had an automatic 90 day extension to comply. It stated several firms were making adjustments to stay listed, but it mentioned nothing of HERC's intention or actions. The article merely mentioned HERC as one of many that would be delisted for not complying with the new requirements. Jim J
