Marty thanks...illegal was a poor choice of words...just using Jmac's words without thinking actually it renders the technique ineffective....but i will check out the cumbersome rules....There are so many tax loopholes that most people dont know about... I remember taking my tax law class..and thinking Damn, I didnt know you could do that, I wish I had known that...time and time again...of course dont count on your local H&R block to give you the goods... there may be some obscure loophole for this one as well.... edit 1 here is something someone just posted me..havent looked at it yet, but wanted to get it in here for my edit ;-0 165.194.7.60 edit2.... ROFL...what did I tell you about loopholes.....now on to check the validity of the loophole...
