Michael:He sold short 4 million shares short in 60 days regardless of price; as a metaphor I'm musing that he'll cover in 60 days. In reality I don't think he can cover at all in any reasonable timeframe because you can't find 4 million shares for sale. Mr. Master Of The Universe Knucklehead Smith 4 Million Share Short In 60 Days Regardless Of Price Man is bare naked looking at about a $600 million dollar combination loss/foregone opportunity and that's assuming full conversion of the entire convertible offering as a result.
