Yes folks, the KRY board is filled with warnings that anyone who shorts is about to be run over. I'm inclined to think it's a great short, just based on the thread psychology.

Yo, Pancho, have you looked into KRY more deeply? I have a friend that doesn't think too much of the Venezuelan legal system, she has a friend that is a practicing attorney in Caracas, and says it's basically a "money talks, BS walks" system. In that case, would we have to determine who has more money?

Thanks for the warning Kevin.

You are probably right. KRY looks like a perfectly reputable company with a professional management team. I'm sure that I'm probably making a big mistake going mano a mano with an expert stock trader such as yourself.

However, I'm hanging on to my short position in KRY and I'm going to short much more in the coming weeks.

Kevin, yes Bill gets a little overboard sometimes. He claimed ZITL was going to fall from 70 to $5 and the darn thing only fell to $10 and that took longer than he predicted. He has a good nose for scams and if you are long one of his shorts, I would be very careful.
