Unfortunately certain paid employees of ACRT such as Davef Bruss are trying to discredit Mr. Pink and obscuring the wisdom He shares on this thread. Sift through the detritus of Davef and you will find the Mr. Pink's jewels.] Mr. Pink has accumulated a stake in DEEP at prices between 13 5/8 and 13 13/16 representing a solid return (approximately 45% annualized)over the next 3 months. Here is how it works. DEEP is being acquired for cash or stock of $14/share. You will also receive one right to purchase a share of TOFF which DEEP owns 96% of. TOFF trades at 4 5/8 but traded at 3.50 prior to the announcement of a deal. Thus Mr. pink reasons that the right should be struck at between 3--3.50, offering a value of roughly $1.00 for the right. In addition you will receive about .30 worth of a preferred share of TOFF with a 12 % coupon which should be redeemed. thus you get a package worth about $15.30 for a cost of 13.75. The rate of return over the next 4 months is roughly 45%. That ain't chicken feed. If what I'm saying isn't true, why are you and pink working day and night to slander me, and refute my statements. The figure of SI 80,000 unique daily users, as well as the 4 million daily hits on SI, came from Jill, the Webmistress of SI. These numbers are staggering. pink and don carlson both know it. They just wish to keep it their own special venue. Pretend it's all in fun. Keep it a joke. Slander and abuse anyone who disagrees with them until they quit posting. These boards do influence investors. That's why I'm doing what I am doing. I'm protecting my investment. I don't care what pink or carlson do, so long as they don't do it to stock I own. pink, carlson, if this board doesn't effect stock prices, then why bother with what I have to say?
