Easy, management wouldn't take $50 now and they wouldn't sell. Yes they only have 25%, but that's a larger percentage of ownership than most high techs at this point. They have a much larger growth target than $50. Think about it. If management hasn't given a rat's a__ about valuation up til now, what makes you think that $50 would get them all excited?? The company isn't for sale.
