As promised, here is the first step to take. You'll feel better when you accept the fact that you're probably spending too much time plugged in. We've all overdone it, at one time or another and we're here to support each other. What you have to do is sit down, look at your screen and type: My name is _________ and I HAVE NO LIFE. It's important to admit that things are out of control before we can accept each others' support. We know what it is like to spend most of the night trying to find that one post on SI that will point us to the right stock to buy and make us rich. So, anyway, let me be the first : My name is Wiseowl and I HAVE NO LIFE. Boy, that feels better! Come on now, who's next?
