LBS, I believe you've missed one of the true strategic methods of MRV's management which is to be a niche player. Be on the cutting edge, do not fight the commodity product price wars, stay out of competition with the 3coms and bays. MRV also has a fiber optic division which is a true part of their long term strategy. Don't get me wrong. This company has been the ugly step sister of networking for a long time. But like many ugly stepsisters I remember from school. It truly could grow into a beauty. Good luck seth
