I'm not rebutting this, but you have to consider there are times when you just CAN'T see it coming. When someone is cooking the books, it's nearly impossible to see, unless you're privvy to the ACTUAL numbers. Keep in mind, one of the dangers of owning a small company stock is that their numbers are only audited ONCE a year. That gives us (the investors) 3 quarters to be suspect of the numbers. It appears they took all 3 quarters to their advantage.

We all make mistakes. I'm supposedly a professional at this, and I'm right in there with you. That's one of the reasons you can't put all your eggs in one basket. This wasn't the first mistake I've made and certainly won't be the last. I will say, however, that this is one of the companies which I didn't physically visit, but rather depended on Lehman's research analyst (who I did talk to directly). WHOOPS.
