Paul, thanks for your response. Hope you're wrong about Compaq's problems lasting so long. You sound upset at EP & Co. for purchasing AMD and Cyrix chips. Sure CPQ throws them a bone every now and then, but it's a tiny percentage of what they buy from Intel. They still are Intel's largest customer aren't they? I think we'll see massive layoffs of the DECies and CPQ will be lean and mean again within six months. My bleeding brokerage account sure hopes I'm right. <g> Robbie
