Sigmund, Most of the big customers buy FOB from Asia, so we ship most Christmas (e.g.) product in October or earlier as it takes about a month for product to ship - this is cheaper for them, but obviously increases their lead times. We also warehouse product in the US and ship orders to customers from there - this may be for smaller customers who don't want the hassle of buying from overseas, or for cases where customers find they haven't ordered enough product from us on an import basis and need topping up. We believe our structure to be efficient . Best regards, David
