If you feel that I haven't been forthcoming in my responses, you're entitled to that. But I feel I have been and cannot make you change your opinion. I can only give you a timeline of what happened. David's post filled in all the blanks I left out. I am honestly telling you that I saw nothing at the time of the visit that would make me sell. David tried to playÿdevil's advocate, and even he'll tell you that I defended it tooth and nail on the way home. I sold most of my position when the Wired article came out because I knew there would be a lot of people that would sell theirs. So I was looking to buy back at a lower amount. Then, the SIM Europe article comes out, and I was put into shock. The question of whether it was true or not was irrelevant to me, because NETZ wouldn't respond soon and the stock would tank. I sold the rest of my position until the situation was cleared up. Again, this isn't a matter of anything against the company(even though I was confused because of the company not mentioning that SIM Europe had already started a new company). This is a matter of many investors believing the Wired article and another hole would be punched in the floor. Plus, this is the second accusation made by Wired Magazine. I am an avid reader of Wired and I couldn't beleive the stuff they were shouting about. So, I sold the rest of my position, thinking I'd lose most of it anyways. Then, the final straw came. And it was time for me to start using caution with this company; Universal Commerce was never acquired. I knew about this before that press release came out, and it shocked me. I didn't want to post it until I could confirm it, so I went about finding out if it was true. And lo, and behold, it was. Do you see the cycle of events and the progression of thought I was going through now, Tariq? Go look back at my posts. I was still pro NETZ a few days after I posted my visit. Look where my first negative post came from. The Chapter 11 comment was me being stupid, and that will come back to haunt me. It didn't mean the company was going bankrupt. It meant that I might personally become bankrupt if I stay in this company much longer because of the Wired articles. I was still pro netz at the time. I think that you're trying to look at me as an individual doing something for selfish reasons. Not true. Look at where my strongpoints are. My strongpoint isn't investing; my strongpoint is web advertising. That means I have an interest in this company as a company with a future, not as an investor looking for a short term gain. I will be unhappy with this company, I will be happy with this company. But as an expert in this field, I think I should inform you how I feel because this is probably the way the industry will view these people. The way they treat their investors is a reflection of how professional their company is. Do you kinda see where I'm going with this? Matty Gregg PS What prior "relationship" with Wired are you referring to? I did an interview for Rocky Mountain International, LTD. That interview had nothing to do with the stories of NETZ, and I've posted the emails to prove it. Scott Kirsner interviewed me for the Wired article coming out tomorrow, but I told you guys about this interview days ago. He told me it would be out on Friday. It wasn't. Oh well.
