as far as an investor should be concerned .. one would be wise to park his $$$ and wait to see how this "shakes" out.

I am still curious to hear from you how much do you feel that this company is a scam, I am asking this question because lately I am thinking of getting back in and I want to know if this company will remain in business and generate a SEC report or as OC put it will halt someday.

Just as a general note on my view on NETZ's prospects...

It is my belief that NETZ as a group contains the right elements to become what we all are hoping for. To bring it into that shape all involved parties will have to pull in the same direction. In the shorter term I am certain that NETZ will make progress and possibly even earn a higher share price.

The thing that IMO is muddying the waters is the fact that NETZ has come this far, and it really is very far, in just a few months. It is my belief that a lot of the strange things we have seen are effects of that intense process.

But the thing that has me worried and what is keeping me from staying long on NETZ is the absolutely abominal track record of the funds that drive NETZ. Even in the 'best' of worlds Hayton & friends will have a large influence on the direction NETZ is taking. Their MO is not to bring a company down cold (drawing from the PTEL experience), but rather slowly suck the company dry. Maybe NETZ is vigorous enough to withstand some internal abuse but I don't think so.

Until the internal structure is fully disclosed and Hayton is either bought out or in some other way neutralized, I am wary of putting any money for the long term into NETZ.

Still watching and doing DD...

I don't think it's a scam at all. I'm just frustrated.

PS Good for the company getting the 50 million private placement.
