Buy and sell on a daily basis while holding a core permanent position!
Naked put options may be sold with only 20% down, so more can be
done with the equity than if you buy on margin. When the market is
down like today, I usually sell DELL puts short, then tommorrow
DELL is back up 5 to 8 points, I cover my puts! You have to be active! Just on 2 puts on DELL today with $2000 equity, I will
make over $1000 by tommorrow morning when I cover! Compaq news
does not affect DELL.... With the money I buy more BGEN and ORBI
up to about $5000 into margin.... Just an example.
