<< I read your article on the MuxMaster. It only mentioned a couple of banks though. I don't perceive a couple of banks as a big deal, do you? >>

My point! The market has yet to develop. About the time it does develop CIEN, NN, Pirelli, LU, etc will take most all of the business.

<< I think that the first company to sell a multi-million dollar order to a major fiberoptic network company will be the first one to truly enter the market >>

I bet the first to do a $10 milion or larger order will be CIEN, but I'm just speculating. Bell Atlantic.

<< I seem to remember seeing a Ciena post of yours where you touted the short-haul market as an opportunity for Ciena in the near-term future >>

I did. Looks like the biggest RBOC (I believe the biggest) Bell Atlantic is going with CIEN.

<< You can either agree with me that there is no real competitor for Osicom and they're stupid for having a stealth alliance, or you can state that it's not so bad of an idea if there are real competitors. Pick one, not both >>

Sorry, I don't understand what your getting at. Like the guy in the CC said, if your the only one out with a product, why are you and your partner keeping it a secret? Seems pretty ridiculous to me.

<< You may be right. I think you may be in the same boat though. >>

Fair enough, I argued with GIFSters for months and 3Commies too. I have prepared to do battle with Osicommies for the next few months until they disappoint again.
