I'm too much of a novice to try and play this one in options. After reading Briefing's forecast for today, I may not play it at all.

The idea would be to buy 300 shares near the bottom if/when it looks like DELL is bouncing back. That assumes that it opens way down to begin with then recovers.

I'll be watching the pre-opening quote action closely to see if there is a clue there. If I see the bid/ask drop to the 131's then recover to the 132's just before the open, I would buy at the opening market price. Otherwise I will watch and see what happens in the first 10 - 20 minutes.

This whole idea is premised on institutions not believing that DELL will be hit like CPQ, MOT and INTC. I don't agree with that view long term but it could present a trading opportunity today. If I go out $40K on margin you can be sure it is not a trade I will hold overnight.

I may buy back GMGC for a few hundred shares just to be in again if they succeed. I wouldn't buy back the full 1K I held before.

No other trading ideas today. I'm covering my NTKI short because the upcoming secondary is supposed to price over $25. SEEC could be another speculative play since it's secondary has now been digested.

And everyone thinks that SEEK is destined to keep roaring up. XCIT and LCOS hit the 40's on no earnings so why not SEEK?

It ain't a value play, that's for sure.
