William: I do not believe at all what you suspect with respect to the amount of shares being traded. Keep in mind a couple of things. First, a strong buy recommendation came out on Friday from Investor's Alert. Second, there are many owners of the former company still exiting their position after the reverse merger transaction since they know nothing about TGSK and are happy to simply get out at this price. Also, 366,000 shares accounts for half buys and half sells generally (assuming an even price) since the market maker generally would buy 10,000 shares and turn around and sell them. So really you are talking about an exchange of 180,000 shares or so. That to me is not odd since I do know many daytraders took an interest in the stock when it dipped to 11/16. Add to that that the world is beginning to find TGSK and I do not believe volume is represented at all by management selling. This is a VERY solid, stable company. They are looking to become a reporting company. Management knows very well the future value that this stock could and should bring. They also know that it would be absolutely FOOLISH to sell at this price before the pr campaign has even had a chance to move forward. With a trailing pe of 3 and your pr campaign just starting, you'd be an IDIOT to sell. BTW - with respect to your comments earlier about the Mexican accountant. that makes sense to me. Their operations are primarily in Mexico. You hire a Mexican accountant. I'm sure there are many Mexican tax considerations that U.S. accountants are not equipped to handle. I do have to say William that your concerns about excess inventory, a Mexican accountant and management selling shares are worthwhile questions to ask Sitra but should not hold up investing in an undiscovered opportunity like this.

to all: I have just received word from Sitra that several smaller market makers have already come on board (thus explaining the recent tightening of the spread) and tigershark is in the process of supplying the requested information to put through the right channels with some larger players looking to enter the market on TGSK as well. With a tight float, TGSK looks like it is in excellent shape.
