If you go back to the September-October 1995 period, you will note a more disgraceful performance record. On September 21, 1995, our stock price hit an all-time closing high of $63 and, currently, we are at $18 (momentarily). In October 1995, unfortunately, DSC issued a profit warning from which we have never recovered. I have been a shareholder since 1986, and I am amazed that the board of directors has yet to oust the current chairman. I have a difficult time believing that the board still thinks that the current chairman has what it takes to move this company into the next century. We are at $18, maybe, because the investment world has little confidence in DSC's performance outlook. A company's stock price activity reflects the chairman's report card. $63 on September 21, 1995, to $18 on March 9, 1998, this represents a dismal report card.

Good Luck To All!
