Henry, I got on SI a bit late this morning and responded to Tony when I encountered his post (without looking ahead at subsequent posts) claiming someone indicated a press release would be out today. I think those who follow the thread regularly understand where T is coming from, but I do worry new or occasional visitors might not. Looks like word is getting out on LGND... Regards, Walter

As I read it - and please correct me if I am wrong since I would really like to be - you are accusing someone of misrepresentation while also stating that you are not willing to provide the evidence. That simply isn't right. All you can properly do is point out that you never claimed there would be a press release today. Regards, Torben
