Digital Leisure Releases Dragon's Lair DVD-ROM; Available Now at
CompUSA

GORMLEY, Ontario, Canada--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 1998-- Digital Leisure today announced the release of the
classic laser-disc based arcade game Dragon's Lair on DVD-ROM. Among the first releases on DVD-ROM, Dragon's Lair
is available now at CompUSA and a number of regional retailers. Digital Leisure also plans to release a fully interactive version
of Dragon's Lair for DVD-Video players in the second quarter of this year.

Digital Leisure holds the rights to Dragon's Lair, Space Ace and Dragon's Lair II: Time Warp, the three games that redefined
the gaming industry in the 1980s. The games feature spectacular quality animation by Don Bluth, an ex-Disney animator who is
also known for his work "An American Tail" and "The Land Before Time".

The company has completely rewritten the code for the game to accurately duplicate the game-play of the arcade version,
including scenes that were missing from many of the computer adaptations. The video has been encoded with MPEG2
compression and AC3 audio from the original source and rivals the quality of the original laser disc.

"Until now, computer adaptations of Dragon's Lair have been grainy and have had some of the scenes missing" says Elizabeth
Foster, President of Digital Leisure. "With the power of DVD, computer owners and DVD-Video owners can now enjoy
Dragon's Lair just as it was in the arcades. Game players will be very impressed with the quality of the video."

With Dragon's Lair you control the actions of Dirk the Daring, a valiant knight on a quest to rescue the fair princess Daphne
from the clutches of an evil dragon. You must fight your way through the castle of a dark wizard who has enchanted it with
treacherous monsters and obstacles.

Included on the Dragon's Lair DVD-ROM disc is a complete version of Space Ace that can be unlocked for $19.95 directly
from Digital Leisure. The company plans to follow-up Dragon's Lair with the release of Space Ace, Dragon's Lair II: Time
Warp and other DVD products over the coming months.

Digital Leisure is a leading publisher of interactive DVD-ROM and DVD-Video titles. The company acquires and remasters
existing video-intensive titles that would benefit from the superior video and audio quality of DVD. The company can be

Rare, I'm just call'en it as I see it & hear it.

I'm proud of you though, you haven't had to pull out the "negative cash flow" stuff lately. See even an old bird like you can be reformed to some degree.

Keep up the good work & I'll see if I can dig you out a pair of "pom poms" for your rain/bird/short-it whatever dance.
