I just heard a commercial for QDEK realhelp on {forgive me} Rush Limbaugh's show. Imagine, Rush and Howard.

Intel is launching a one-stop pay diagnose service for hardware and software problems to service all manufactures. Intel is to offer a service package "Answer Express," for $49.95 with an additional charge of $5.95 a month for basic service on-line. Other services are available at $19.95 to $14.95 a month. The software calls the help center Internet site, where questions can be put to FAQ. The software will automatically diagnose your computer, and provide data backup and virus protection. I sounds a little costly when compared to RealHelp but it should be noted. These guys have deep pockets.
