Ryan I did not make up anything about the 8K. I reposted comments on it from Yahoo, and I stated my opinion and the opinion of others as to what it means. In my opinion, ACRT and Mr Aharoni dropped the options compensation package for something better, two fold. First, it will not liquidate the float. Shareholders are happy. Second, Mr Aharoni will be compensated. I believe the 8K was the first step to a stock buyback. This is pretty standard procedure. I look for them to compensate Mr Aharoni through a stock buyback.
