<< You recently posted a ton of your messages from the GIFS thread. Is your argument, "I was right then about that company, I'm therefore always right about all companies, and that's why Osicom's a good short?" That's a very persuasive argument Craig. >>

No, but that is the case. I'm right about this one too. Mr. Strauss suggested that proclivity of posting had something to do with peoples credibility. I merely provided an example of where I posted dozens (probably hundreds) of negative posts about a company I couldn't even short.

It was also useful to draw comparisons between the peoples attitudes on this thread and the attitudes on the GIFS thread. EXACTLY the same. Craig is out only to spread fear and scare hard working people out of their shares. Yeah, right.

Not only that there are several similarities between GIFS and FIBR. Obviously no two stories are the same but there are some very distinct similarities between the two.

I suppose it didn't hurt to stroke me ego by pointing out one of my past success as well. I will admit that.

Wow! looks like Craig was pretty busy this weekend!

Craig- I skimmed a few of your posts and you seem to believe that FIBR is trying to mislead investors into thinking that they will be selling to Brooks but actually have no intention to do so.

Well, my offer still stands. If proof of a sale doesn't materialize within 3 months, then I'll stop posting here. If proof does materialize, then you walk away. It's that simple.

Grant- Yes, there was sales of Gigamuxes in excess of $400k last quarter, and sales have already been made this quarter.

Craig, your argument of no large orders reported yet doesn't hold any weight with me, as you know as well as I , that those types of customers usually take at least 4 - 6 months to thoroughly evaluate prior to deployment. Being that most started in December and January, we should begin seeing the results appear in the next 2 months

As far as flat revenues over the last 4 quarters... Of course I'm disappointed. But is it necessarily Osicom's poor sales abilities or is it a result of a soft market? Check out the trends of the so called leaders for the last 4 quarters. (b=billion in sales, and m=million)

COMS: 1.462b, 1.371b, 1.597b, 1.197b
ASND: 292m, 311m, 270m, 292m
SHVA: 31m, 39m, 35m, 38m
ADPT: 265m, 271m, 278m, 254m
CS: 380m, 363m, 371m, 332m
FIBR: 33m, 33m, 23m, 30m

The above numbers are revenues I quickly pulled off Bloomberg and do not account for purchase acquisitions which would have given the appearance of increasing revenues.

Craig- You finally seem to have come around to realizing their products are real. Your concerns seem to focus on the management and weak balance sheet issues. Brooks, the first telco tester, has approved the product, which again confirms my initial research of its high quality.
Potentially explosive products with the inablility to market them to realize their highest potential without additional funding should demand explode on all 3 (NET ARM, Giga and IQX) at once, along with your concerns which explains the discounted valuation, is exactly the factors a potential acquirer will be focussing on and drooling over.

I closed out my long position today at 5 bucks a share. Why? Earnings disappointment (again), the inability of FIBR to get an NMS listing and FIBR's continued refusal to address this, along with all of the other unresolved issues that have been discussed for well over a year on this thread. The risk factor is too high for me. Best of luck to all.
