Analyst on CNBC just recommended ALTR, said it was in an uptrend, ready to break out, was looking for a target of 52.

nealm, altr got yet another upgrade today. i think it was merrill. they gve a target of 55bucks. as far as me going long and then short, i cant move fast enough to do that. i wait till i feel its due to pull back and then short it. i covered fridays short for a trivial profit this am as the indexes were storming back up after initial drops. wnt short again at 41 7/16 at noon. the semi index (osx) has turned back down again and looks like the weakness will continue. its hard to read todays action. dow way up but tech weak. expected alot more weakness due to compaq, but not apparent yet. good luck, did you buyany this am? js
