Tom,

I think it is just human nature to become paranoid after your expectations get built up to fantastic proportions and then ... nothing! Dare we forget the liontamer episode in this journey?

I too have had recent second thoughts, no make that third or fourth thoughts (I always had a dose of skepticism). If things are sooo great why the silence? Well, it seems that each time there is this level of frustration and talk of a coup, news starts to dribble out again. And was already mentioned, will they really want to have the annual meeting in this environment?

Lets just hope for spring,

Steve

Mr. Frederick,

As usual your analysis it thoughtful, incisive and, obviously, quite close
to how I see things.

I would like to add that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for the
end of April, the 30th I believe, could be regarded as a deadline of sorts
if only to end speculation. My view is that the AGM would be a very good
opportunity to present results from the first couple of weeks of production
from the pilot plant. (Which, of course, means that everything must occur
according to plan. A dubious proposition with history as a judge.)

In a posting last December 17, I state;

exchange2000.com

<< Before the market will be convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt, and we
can all breathe a collective sigh of long overdue relief, both certification
and proven economical recovery must take place.
>>

I am now convinced we will have a press release that for the first time, really,
will be taken seriously by the market place; we simply have gone way beyond the
call of credibility duty. I believe the release will be before spring...11 days away.
The AGM is 52 days away. What a great motivator for all involved since the pilot
plant results will be the other shoe hitting the ground much harder even than the
certified numbers about to be released.

I will go so far as to say that test result numbers, as eagerly anticipated and
valued as they may be in the present moment, will migrate to the importance of
their rightful position; i.e. the first numbers in our COC drill hole array. These
new drill holes and assayed numbers will begin to map the distribution of precious
metals throughout the playa. For, once we have demonstrated economic recovery and
scalability of the Johnson Process, the issue of proving reserves will be the prime
focus of our collective attention.

The results reported in the pending news release should impress the whole world.
It remains to be seen how our puffed up expectations will be met. What really
will impress me, however, are pilot plant results in and published by the date of
the AGM. With all due respect to Mr. Allen and others, whose questions contribute
much to the thread, meeting that goal in 52 more days may just take the wind out
of their questioning sails leaving them wildly applauding with the rest of us; for,
this is who we are.

The end is near.

Jerard P

Thank you so much, Chris Carter and David Kelly, for making hibernation so much
more tolerable.

Mr. Frederick: I don't believe I ever used the words "fraud, "scam" and the others you used in your post to me. I also checked my recent posts and I find I also did not use the term "hard information" nor did Carlo (use the term hard information) whose post I responded to when apparently drawing your attention. I have said that I had little confidence in this management (sorry I don't and I'm entitled to my opinion) and I did say specifically I am long on Naxos and holding my position because I believe in the potential of FL. I believe in the potential of FL because of the science I have seen not only from Ledoux but from others beforehand. I've been in this stock for three years and I've read a mountain of information about Naxos and FL and I have spoken to mining people with much more expertise than myself. I'm satisfied we have the" goods" at FL. The questions are can Naxos extract PGMs economically and can Naxos make the market believe that information. As I have posted I sincerely believe that only an investment banking deal and/or solid proven recovery of PGMs at FL will significantly move the stock. My candid opinion about the numbers Ledoux reported is that they were very good numbers presented very poorly, maybe even negligently by the Company. Since then we have been in a long news drought which leads to speculation such as Carlo's and some others I've seen today. Overzealous time estimates, poorly written releases, unrealistic target dates, etc, all get back to management issues. Unfortunate for us all, but that's a fact when dealing with this company and most investors don't have the patience to search through the muck to see the bar of gold at the bottom of the barrel..

The bottom line is that it makes no difference what it would take to make me one of the converted. Ultimately what matters is what it takes to make the market and new money believe this story and see the potential which you and I see in FL. JLA
