Wow - This is great - even though the initial reaction is negative. I bought some more ($12) this morning, and will buy more this afternoon. I think we have a combination of people that are selling on the news of Intel collaboration and people that are unhappy about the announcement of the losing money for the first six months (I wonder why they felt they should reiterate this fact - it would have gone to $15 otherwise).

The momentum will shift. Intel has the power to push NCD like MSFT pushed CTXS. I thought these were just rumors!

Does anyone know if the Intel stock was bought on the open market or via
a private placement from NCD? Seems like people here are assuming it was
bought on open market, but I can't tell from the announcements...

Private placement would mean there are now more shares outstanding...

Open market would explain some of the recent price appreciation...
