Daniel, Glad I could help. It cost 39.95 a month for the basic service, and the cable modem lease. All in all about the same as a ISP and 2nd phone line, without the hassle. ISDN to the home is a joke compared to the cable modems. I had an offer where it would cost me about $200 to have the line run and then I have a monthly fee of about $50, plus I have to purcahse time separately. ASDL is going to be intriguiong and finding more info is why I initially read this thread.

Has anyone heard of the use of Power lines for bandwidth? I read an article I'll try to find and repost about some experiments being done in England.
