I wish I could be more specific to your questions but all I can give you is what I have observed. I noticed the Factory Outlet on 183 North of Austin shortly after moving here. The ONLY reason I went there this particular weekend is we have been putting off buying a new computer and the time was right. I did not notice anything other than "in store" specials. If you happen to be from around Austin they are listed in the phone book or I would be happy to get their number for you.
