Jay, I only am a TA trader, but once in a while I see what other fundamental analysts give as reasons for their purchase...As you know I have a lot of respect for Zeev Hev....Here is a post he made recently on SIII,(March 6th) "BULL, buyout or not, SIII is still at great discount to the rest of the sector, at less than one time sales and at a very small premium to book, it is still a bargain, some 16% higher than last week when I said here, buy, but still a bargain. In the current environment it should fetch about 2.5 to 3 times book or between 14 to 17 bucks per share". I got it at 6 3/4....Let's see how it closes...You may be right...Thanks for the concern....Mark
