Pink I am an independent investor with no ties whatsoever with ACRT except for the stock I own. I am challenging pink's nonsense for 2 reasons. 1. I am a serious, fulltime investor. It is my livelihood. In ACRT I found a company I like a lot, short and long term. pink chose to degrade, belittle, and tell lies about the company and it's management for the sole reason of driving down the price because he had shorted it. ACRT, with it's small float and overvalued position it had reached, was a prime target. I have no problem with people shorting companies I may own. I do have a problem with stock manipulation. It is illegal, but, I'm not the SEC. I'm a value investor who has chosen to fight back for one of his investments. 2. As I have said many times, I believe the internet is a prime source of Due diligence for your average investor today. 35% of American homes are now online. More Americans than ever before are investing in the market. I am familiar with the staggeringly fast growth of the sales market on the internet. On SI alone, apprx. 80,000 people a day use it to inform themselves about stocks. Most are lurkers. They never say a word. They just look. When they look up what they think is a good legitimate company, and see the garbage pink is writing about it, I believe they get scared off. I believe pink knows that as well, and has used this forum to influence potential buyers.

I just talked to Gary Shapiro at American Indemnities. He said the statement that the ACRT policy was cancelled is not accurate. Aside from that, he said that they do not discuss their policies with anyone. I told him where the information came from, and he's very interested in reading your garbage. Apparently, your info and Ha'aretz scandal sheet have lied about the insurance cancellation.
