Jim B, What happened? I don't think that you are guilty of anything wrong? You're just doing what we all do...talk about the stocks that you are interested in. And there's nothing wrong with an email as long as it's deemed a club and not a subscription for recommendations. Just don't come out and say, "buy xyz". Instead say, "I like xyz because of bla-bla-bla. What do you think about xyz?" If we can't talk about individual stocks like adults...then we can all flush SI from our bookmarks. I will talk until I'm blue in the face and the SEC can't say poop! If they can't say anything to a crooked CEO then they can't bitch at people on SI.
