Honestly, Gary, please email me and I will help you with "spell check".

FONX Burn rate......approx $2M per month (prior to recent heavy expenditures).
AcuVoice revs last year........less than $166K per month.

Then you can factor in your Siemens' guaranteed, non refundable revenues.....approx $1.6M total. If you get no sales of answering machines in excess of X, then FONX gets zed (because you know that no restricted stock will be purchased by Siemens by Thursday)!

X= 1.6M/(FONX percentage royalty).......probably somewhere around 60M-80M dollars worth of answering machines.

And I bet that you think that Siemens is working exclusively with FONX:-)!!

I figure this company can get back to even by the year 2078 at this rate.
