Again, we need to know the specifics of the deal. Would you just put 50M into a company and say "no strings attached guys. I am doing it just because I like you and want you to succeed".

That 50M would have to enhance my bottom line dramatically either in the form of ownership of your company or huge sales increases in my company. Give me the meat before I am comfortable with this deal.
