Walter, FUGAZI indicated that LGND was in a trading range between 14 1/2 and 15 1/2 (it closed at 15 1/2 on Friday). I said wait until Monday! There was never any mention of a press release. Later I explained that there was no specific announcement, but LGND's price would continue to be pressured upwards and the CPQ announcement was not a concern. As predicted, LGND's price rose on "no news" and the CPQ announcement was a non-event for LGND. If you ignore the misleading posts, it's all rather straight forward.
