Lunn and Technical Products Group merged. Since Lunn was already
a publicly traded company it was less expensive and easier for filings
for Technical Products to merge into LUNN. When the merger took place there was alot of confusion. The straight jump up in price was the fair value of the new company. Yahoo and a few other places just never corrected it.

Hope this makes sense. If not Sergio is the resident guru on this and I'm sure he has a wealth of information to pass on this evening when he gets home from work.
