Shibumi, Did someone study in the past other SEC144 filings historical data in this hot-IPOs industry, I mean could we put into perspective this 30% sale ratio of funder owned stock ? I agree that from an absolute point of view, it seems a high figure. Commenting insider sales from a simple statistical point of view (like quantile based) would make me feel comfortable. As for my former comment, I just want to point out the past strength of one-makes-all-the-decisions strategies (eg. Microsoft)against consortium strategies (eg. Unix). Just my two cents, MiB
