Hi John, I just spoke with a shareholder with a large stake in and who follows Valence's day-to-day events rather closely. On several occasions over the last year, he mentioned his target price for buying the stock. I remember it was always at least 1/4 or 3/8 point below where it was trading at the moment. On almost every occasion, the price dropped briefly to his level within a few days and I assumed he had acquired more there.

For the last 2 weeks he has advised that the stock should be bought in the low 5's. Late last week and tonight he simply stated that "the stock should be bought". He is one of the four veterans I mentioned in a previous post. I couldn't help but ask, and once again he told me that he was not aware of another stock with more upside potential!

Should a new investor buy now? You already know my answer to that one!

Regards, FMK
