CHL is traded at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
Thus you can buy those shares with any Stock Broker.

Andrew,

Don't know if anybody has answered your question. CHL is a Chinese H-share stock listed in the HK market. But you can buy CHL at any U.S. brokerage house for U.S. ADR (American Depository Receipt). 1 ADR = 20 HK H-shares.

Trading of ADR is exactly like common stock. Hope that helps.
