Folks, just talked to the company about the NAZ and they said,

No word yet. The CFO is waiting this morning for a phone call or a fax confirming our status. I'll be calling FTEL and updating you through-out the day until we get an answer.

I spoke with the receptionist at Franklin just a few moments ago and per the CFO they are still awaiting an answer on the NASDAQ listing.
