Memory availabilities and pricing continue to vary greatly by manufacturer (especially Samsung), mode and configuration with 64 Meg products displaying the most significant change. CPU activity remains brisk for select "sub-$1000" desktop systems while notebook processor trading continues to be sluggish.

What the hell does that mean? What kind of change? I beginning to think that anybody that has anything to do with memory chips are completely demented. RR

Anyone with information about the solid-state hard drive. I ran accross an article that mentioned R&D at MU back in early 1997.
