Fulvio: One factor that the new arrivals on this thread may not be aware of is the political sentiment in Venezuela. Venezuela is now in the midst of a democratic revolution, if you will. The old order of corrupt officials who operate by rule of 'moreda' is over. The new era is dawning. In the forefront of this movement toward honest government and responsible environmental safeguards is the Supreme Court. Crystallex is allied with the new Venezuela, not the old. That is why they will ultimately win. If not LC4&6 alone, then with the consortium that will bring order to the chaos of the recent past. Lee
