CNBC reports that analyst who downgraded to SELL last week before the announcment says he can't call a price over the next year or two, but he thinks it will take that long to integrate DEC and take advantage of network skills. The analyst (Peter ?) said the big problem is commoditization... at the PC level AND the network level. Compaq can do both well, but it will take time to be there successfully.

How much lower do you expect it to go from here?

I expect it to close somewhere near here, and then to be flat for two weeks before a slow rise up, very little action until the DEC disclosure, after that my crystal ball looks like fog.
