I agree that the reputation and background of Steve Lair gives a comfort factor to this deal. That is the only comfort I feel at this point.

The deal makers may well grow this company in the long term for future share holders, but what will be the impact on current share holders.

We all understand that it is ESVS that is getting the $50MM in form of PP, right?

From ESVS press release....

"A $50 million private placement will begin in mid-March to provide the financial strength to position the group (ESVS) as the premier Internet Solution Provider."

This, in part is what would enable them to make 'a significant investment' in Zulu-Tek...

I wouldn't equate $50MM in to ESVS to $50MM out to NETZ, even remotely!
