C E D..if you don't expect it to go down from here, but expect it to rise, then it must be on sale at this level. S. Its no bargain right now for the short term and there is some uncertainty in the near future. I want to see the spin on DEC before I do anything else with this stock, no need to rush on this one, there is plenty of time to make a move on CPQ. The damage on this news has been done, looking at CPQ charts indicates they come back pretty slowly after a dip, indicating there is time to evaluate ones next move here. I had a limit order in this morning at 22 3/8 just in case it went really crazy but it didn't come close to exacution. I live in Alaska and it is too hard to get up and see what the east coast is doing in the morning, half the trading day is over when I get to it. Regards, Ed
