You just don't get it, do you? I AGREE that Dell has excellent earnings, excellent management, and execellent inventory control. They are making a lot of money, and I have no problem with that. I DO have a problem with computers that do not work properly. I will never buy another Dell product. However, if every lemming on Earth wants to get Dell on the phone, put their money down, wait three to four weeks and get a crappy computer, it's fine with me. When they try to get through on the 800 line to technical no-support, they'll feel the way I do. It's a scam, baby. EC.
