My advice would be to stay away from NETZ. I wouldn't trust them with $10 of my money. ...and if anyone wants to know why then just read the last 2 weeks posts...

Exactly. ZULU goes up on the news...insiders dump and later we hear the strategic alliance and / or private placement offering was unsuccessful. JMO

If Hayton is behind putting Meachum and Steve Lair, and buiding a strong business, I'm not too concerned about his name at the moment. Let's focus on what this $50 Million Preferred offering with ESVS means to ZULU and how this strengthens the business, and how does ZULU now compare to DoubleClick (~$30 per share price)?
