I don't know the why's of everything ACRT does. I'd assume because they make more money that way, and save on taxes, and are very comfortable with the safety of the capital. I am an investor, not an ameteur sleuth or short positionholder looking for dirt where there is none. I'm very comfortable with thew way ACRT runs their business, reports their business, and has handled itself under a bearraid and slander campaign that could have ruined lesser businesses. ACRT has showed tremendous competence in management of their affairs from start to finish.
